These terms govern our cabinetry consultations, custom 3D design renderings, and transactional messaging. Please review these terms prior to scheduling your design session. Your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to these conditions.
General Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Archwood One LLC regarding our physical cabinetry products and digital design services.
1. Design Consultations
By scheduling a 3D cabinetry consultation, you agree to provide accurate rough measurements. Final structural verification remains the client's responsibility prior to manufacturing.
2. Intellectual Property
All custom 3D kitchen design renderings, cabinetry layouts, and technical specifications produced by Archwood One LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property until a complete cabinet order is finalized.
3. A2P SMS Compliance
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages regarding your design appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
4. Cabinet Materials
Our cabinets feature all-plywood box construction and solid wood face frames. Because wood is a natural product, slight variations in grain pattern and color are normal and expected.
